Leaf Home Solutions (LHS), the parent company of LeafFilter Gutter Protection and Leaf Home Safety Solutions, is pleased to announce that effective July 3, 2020, VP of Talent & Human Resources Sean Loboda has been promoted to a position as the Chief Human Resources Officer.
This appointment comes amidst a number of internal improvements spearheaded by Loboda, including a focus on programmatic recruitment advertising, the implementation of a new learning management system to both invest in employees and keep up with state compliant training, and fostering new initiatives to emphasize diversity and inclusion recruiting.
Loboda brings with him fifteen years of expertise in the field of human resources. He says he always had a passion for helping people, and that he has been inspired by the passion of LHS employees since joining the company in August of 2019.

With over 1500 employed by LHS across North America, the team is growing every day. Already, Loboda has assisted in observing analytics and recruiting metrics to scale the recruiting team’s workload to match the needs of the business. His team has also implemented personality and tech aptitude assessments to assist with the hiring process.
