DEI Committee

Consisting of employees from various departments within the company, the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee ensures that every employee can feel a sense of belonging. The committee seeks to do so by sponsoring events and educational opportunities to learn more about each other and other diversity-related topics.

Veterans Network

Leaf Home is proud of our continued emphasis on veteran recruitment. We partner with additional recruiting channels and have dedicated internal efforts to give transitioning service members and their families a chance to continue their career journeys and thrive in a supportive, veteran-forward environment.
