Rocco Mango

Leading Our Operations

Rocco brings extensive expertise in manufacturing, research, development, and commercialization and capacity expansion to Leaf Home. He joined our team in January 2019 from Performance Health, where he served as the Chief Manufacturing, Product and Innovation Officer. Rocco has served as a manager, director, vice president, and general manager across business units at The Lubrizol Corporation for nearly two decades, Rocco led business growth, restructuring and strategic planning programs to increase productivity and profitability. He has also guided a number of companies through successful private equity acquisitions and managed companies under private equity ownership. Rocco earned a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.

Nina George

Leading Our Growth

As CGO of Leaf Home, Nina George drives Leaf Home’s expansion efforts across North America by driving cross-functional initiatives to expand the customer base, deliver more consumer value and enhance the brand experience.

Before joining Leaf Home, George served as Chief Growth and Marketing Officer at BrainPOP, where she built the customer acquisition marketing engine for the business-to-business channel. Prior to this, George served as Vice President & General Manager for Revenue Growth at Rent the Runway, where she helped grow the nascent startup’s marketing and customer acquisition strategy into an industry-leading model. George earned an MBA at Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering at the National University of Singapore.

Scarlett O’Sullivan

Leading Our Financial Growth

As CFO, Scarlett leads our finance, data and business analytics functions while serving as a strategic business partner to the officers of the company. Scarlett brings more than 25 years of experience as an operator, investor and advisor to growth technology companies.

Scarlett joins Leaf Home after most recently serving as Chief Financial Officer of Rent the Runway for almost eight years, notably helping the company launch its subscription business and go public in 2021. Prior to Rent the Runway, she was a Partner at Softbank Capital for nine years, leading early-stage and growth-stage venture capital investments in Consumer Internet. Scarlett started her career as an investment banker at Robertson Stephens and Morgan Stanley where she worked closely with technology companies providing IPO, M&A and strategic advice. She currently serves on the board of Olivela, an innovative luxury shopping and philanthropy e-commerce platform.

Scarlett received her MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.

Chris Counahan

Leading Customer Service Delivery Success

As Chief Sales Officer, Chris manages a growing network of customer service delivery centers and sales teams, consisting of over 2,500 managers and sales representatives across North America. He created and implemented the company’s key point selling system, which brought a unified structure, growing the business from 12 locations when he joined in 2012 to over 200.

Chris leads high-quality direct-to-consumer sales and installation services in all field locations through Leaf Home’s four brands, and is responsible for driving revenue through organic growth and building meaningful industry relationships that lead to partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.

“I enjoy the natural light of our dining room, and my dog Oliver enjoys laying on the hardwood when the sun hits the floor. The furniture is heavy, and the room stays as is 99% of the time, but because this room is only used at holidays and celebrations, it’s full of positive, wonderful memories of family and friends together. Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter may be the only days of the year when you’ll find people in the chairs, but those memories will last forever.”

Matt Scagnelli

Leading Our Culture

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Matt Scagnelli oversees Leaf Home’s people strategy, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Matt brings over two decades of executive leadership across public and private equity-backed organizations. Most recently, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at MB Aerospace, where he was responsible for the company’s leadership and talent development, employee and labor relations, total rewards, and DE&I initiatives across 9 business units. He played a pivotal role in leading the HR aspects of the company’s sale in August 2023.

Matt boasts extensive experience at GE, having served across various divisions and culminating in his leadership of the HR function for GE Aviation Engine Services, a $12.5B P&L.

He earned an MBA from Union University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Siena College.

Favorite Room in the House?

I really enjoy our finished basement for the simple reason that it’s a gathering place for our family. We use it for movie nights and spending time together, which includes playing air hockey, foosball, and chess. Having a dedicated space where we can invest in each other and be present is incredibly important—especially with teenagers in the house.

Klarissa Marenitch

Leading Our Innovation

Klarissa is the Chief Information and Technology Officer of Leaf Home. As CIO, Klarissa leads the growth of technology, automation, and innovation within the organization to maximize effectiveness and deliver the best possible experience for our customers, employees, and contractors.

Prior to joining Leaf Home, Klarissa served as Hippo Insurance’s first CIO and oversaw the critical systems that support the productivity and efficiency of Hippo’s employee base, including Information Technology, Corporate Technology, Information Security, Business & Insurance Systems, and Employee Productivity.

Before that, she served as CIO at enterprise firm Anaplan and has led digital transformation and innovation initiatives over the last 20 years for companies including Redbox, Sun Microsystems, Kohl’s, and Macy’s. Klarissa earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.

I’m in awe that from the relatively low tech invention that was at the core of LeafFilter, we’ve been able to build a highly successful business with very strong operations based on the ingenious idea of making gutter management and home ownership easier for millions of Americans. Secondly, I love how grounded everyone is in making every day a success through operational excellence and hard work.

For many immigrants like me, owning a home is an American Dream. Coming from a very humble place where I lived with my parents in a one bedroom apartment for 15 years, it was a huge accomplishment and a responsibility to own my own property.

Knowing that for our customers, home may be their biggest investment and a sign of independence. This makes our work very real. In 10 years almost a third of Americans will be at the retirement age, and it is incredible to know that we can help them take care of their biggest asset.”

Favorite Room in the House?

“Cliche, but it is the family room. It has a cozy fireplace, but fairly old furniture and TV. I know our house is a home because my daughter looks forward to weekend movie nights. She says ‘I want to watch a movie on the couch with my dog and my mom.”

Chris Brosch

Leading Our Business Transformation Initiatives

Chris Brosch is the Chief Transformation Officer at Leaf Home and has been with the company since its inception in 2005 as LeafFilter Gutter Protection.

In his current role, he is the key stakeholder in diversifying Leaf Home’s revenue streams by building relationships and partnerships through avenues such as retail, merger and acquisitions, as well as maintaining relationships with other powerful industry and business professionals to generate leads. He assists with deal sourcing, pre-close functional and executional diligence, and post-close business integration on all the company’s mergers and acquisitions to grow Leaf’s business portfolio.

Chris also manages Leaf Home’s growing network of field marketing employees, which consists of over 600 team members across the company’s four brands. With a focus on business and talent development, he has helped drive the expansion and success of Leaf Home’s marketing efforts across North America in all field locations.

Prior to his current role, Chris ran all marketing efforts across Leaf Home, including the launch of the company’s print and postcard distribution, event marketing, and digital marketing efforts. Chris earned his B.B.A in Marketing and Management from Ohio University.

“I’ve been with Leaf since its inception. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and wanted to be part of something new where I could create and grow a business with a product that I believe in.

I continue to be here for the same reasons today. New product categories, process improvement, innovation, creating satisfied customers, increasing efficiencies and working with great people is why I’m still here.”

“My backyard. It’s a great space and my family (including our two golden retrievers) spends time running around the yard, playing games, swimming, sledding and sitting by the fire watching one of our favorite shows.”

Bobby Psaropoulos​

Leading Our Corporate Governance & Partnerships

Bobby Psaropoulos is the Chief Legal Officer of Leaf Home, overseeing all aspects of legal affairs for the company and its four brands, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, litigation management, employment, contracts and negotiations, compliance, risk mitigation, and other general business legal issues. Bobby has more than 25 years of law practice, including in-house experience delivering wins for Fortune 500 clients in a diverse range of successful business sectors.

Prior to joining Leaf Home, Bobby served in various roles within Eaton Corporation, most recently as Senior Vice President & General Counsel of the company’s global operations, where he had a history of recruiting and developing high-performing, diverse teams. He has also held the role of Equity Partner at Benesch, where he served on the firm’s recruitment committee, and as a Judicial Clerk with the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio. Bobby holds a Juris Doctor degree from Cleveland State University’s Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, an MBA from John Carroll University, and a B.S. in Economics from Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business.
