ESG Steering Committee

The ESG steering committee is an internal group that consists of cross-functional representation from key departments that oversee and execute aspects of ESG strategy and governance including finance, legal, human capital management, and operations.

The ESG Steering Committee will assist Leaf Home’s Executive Team in:

a) setting ESG strategy and developing goals,

b) implementing initiatives and policies based on that strategy, and

c) monitoring, reporting, and communicating ESG progress with internal and external stakeholders.
