Leaf Home Solutions Appoints Christopher Nagel as Chief Financial Officer

Hudson, OH, June 25, 2019Leaf Home Solutions, an industry leader in high-value home accessibility solutions, announced the appointment of Christopher Nagel today as Chief Financial Officer, effective, Wednesday, June 19th, 2019 Nagel joins Leaf Home Solutions from Fairmount Santrol, where he served as Chief Financial Officer and played a pivotal role in taking the Company public in 2014 during an accelerated timeline of five months. During his tenure, he completed three acquisitions totaling almost $475 million and helped grow gross revenue to $1.4 billion. His extensive background in corporate finance, specifically leading strategic transactions, uniquely positions him to drive continued growth at Leaf Home Solutions and its subsidiaries.

In support of newly appointed Nagel, Larry Napolitan, who has been CFO since 2016, will remain at Leaf Home Solutions under the newly created position of Vice President of Finance. He will continue to support the Company’s financial operations, overseeing all accounting, transactions and reporting. Napolitan will work closely with Nagel and Leaf Home Solutions’ executive team with planning, compliance and managing financial relationships.  CEO Jeff Beck stated, “Larry has been instrumental in helping us achieve the profitable rapid growth that Leaf Home Solutions has seen over the last three and a half years.  He will continue to be an integral part of our executive team.”
