Hudson, Ohio–April 17, 2024: Leaf Home, a leading technology-enabled direct-to-consumer provider of home improvement products and solutions, has named Matt Scagnelli its Chief Human Resources Officer. He will oversee all aspects of Leaf Home’s people strategy, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Scagnelli brings over 20 years of experience in executive leadership across various public and private equity-backed organizations. He most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at MB Aerospace, where he was responsible for the company’s leadership and talent development, employee and labor relations, total rewards, and DE&I initiatives across 9 business units. He played a pivotal role in leading the HR aspects of the company’s sale in August 2023.
