Employees could reap some new benefits in changing workplaces: Top Workplaces 2022

“The needs and wants of those in the workforce change every day, but have drastically transformed over the past two to three years,” says Sean Loboda, chief human resources officer at Leaf Home. “Here at Leaf, we are constantly evaluating the benefits package that we offer and thinking of new ways we can continue to meet and support the needs and wants of current employees and candidates.”

For the 2022 Top Workplaces list, cleveland.com and the Plain Dealer have compiled 220 stand-out Northeast Ohio employers based on employee surveys. This year they focused on employee retention with Leaf Home placed No. 14 on the list of large companies for Top Workplaces.
