Respectful to the utmost level. No pressure to sell, just set an appointment for a free quote. For sure! Who doesn’t want info on something you know you need but slips to the bottom of the list. Quote appointment arrives, Mason was our rep. He is phenomenal. Looked over the house. Took measurements, inspected existing gutters, soffits, down spouts. The whole nine. Gave specific recommendations for us. Expressed valid concerns with demonstrable photo evidence. The LeafFilter system literally sells itself. It’s head and shoulders above its next closest counterpart (he has samples to review and see/feel the difference yourself). But it’s expensive…Mason is a realist. THE realist most respectable sales person ever. Dude went over options; discussed their lifetime, transferable warranty, and then we discussed payment options. Ultimately we had one section done. The one with ALL the trees around it in our yard. We picked the yuckiest looking section to start with and made a payment. I can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend y’all do the same. We will continue to invest, as we know that working gutters that aren’t clogged will protect our home best and that’s what LeafFilter will do—help keep our gutters from clogging. Just had product installed today. Installer(Brian) arrived promptly and started working immediately. He was fast and efficient and answered all questions in a professional and friendly manner. He made sure all down spouts were clear of any clogs and left the job site clean. 5 stars for Brian, will rate product after next good rain It has been 5 years since I had the product installed and it has performed flawlessly.

Total professionalism from start to finish. The price was very competitive. Every person from sales, installation, and Quality inspection made me comfortable with my purchase.

The salesman walked around my neighborhood and saw that my gutter was the wrong size for my house. He scheduled another person to come by soon and see how much it would cost to replace the gutter with the correct one that would also keep leaves and tree debris out of my gutters. The installers came by in a couple of days and gave me a 30% discount even retroactively. They greatly exceeded my expectations.

The tech realigned our gutters and replaced some wood before reinstalling the gutters. Seem to be working great, no more cleaning out leaves in the gutters now.
