Leaf Home is proud of our continued emphasis on veteran recruitment. We partner with additional recruiting channels and have dedicated internal efforts to give transitioning service members and their families a chance to continue their career journeys and thrive in a supportive, veteran-forward environment.

At Leaf Home, military members can enhance their professional careers, along with their education and credentials, through the GI Bill or one of our education and learning programs. The DOD SkillBridge program is an opportunity for Service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through specific industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during the last 180 days of service. SkillBridge connects Service members with industry partners in real-world job experiences.

Hiring Our Heroes

Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) connects the military community—service members, military spouses, and veterans—with American businesses to create economic opportunity and a strong and diversified workforce.

Army PaYS

The Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program is a strategic partnership between the U.S. Army and a cross section of corporations, companies, and public sector agencies. The Program provides America’s youth with an opportunity to serve their country while they prepare for their future, guaranteeing Soldiers an interview and possible employment after the Army.

Bellator Recruiting Academy

Bellator Recruiting Academy is a nonprofit organization focused on transforming the lives of wounded veterans with careers related to recruiting. Its one-year immersion programs enable wounded veterans to learn best practices and recruiting methodologies used by the most successful recruiting teams in the country.

Women Veterans Alliance

Women Veterans Alliance is the premier national network focused on directly impacting the quality of life of women veterans. Its powerful and resourceful platform connects women veterans through community, education, support, and resources.

Vet Connect and VetFam

Vet Connect is a quarterly forum within Leaf Home to educate employees on benefits, programs they can access, and what they can tap into as veterans not just in the workplace, but in society.

VetFam focuses on offering roles within Leaf Home to spouses and family members of active duty and reserve units, allowing those heavily involved in their family members’ military careers an opportunity to work.
